I discovered my passion for photography in high school. The discovery came when I took a photography class for science credits. Yes, at that age I was more interested in sports and the outdoors than science. But, I still think back to photographs I took for the yearbook and the landscape photos I took during outings with our school hiking club. Little did I know that photography would have such a lasting and impactful affect on me.

My journey in life has not been a linear one and I have tried a variety of jobs and careers, but photography has always been with me.  I have taken pet portraits, people portraits, product images, wildlife images and landscapes. No matter what type of photography I am doing, the same thrill and satisfaction that I felt in high school while making the shot is something I still feel today.
